Hey guys .....not headin to Brass now as have young lad headin in for surgery on Wed so will be playing nursey at home

HI guys has anyone made any plans as to what day and time we are to meet up and head to the BRASS sorry to hear BOTB is not joining us for a cruise so i guess ill cancel the body suit i bet she only wants to save her 50 bucks sorry i cant get it again

Yes plans definitely made - meet ready to leave from Honda Otago, 9am Sat - and be ready to enjoy about 150km of great backroad gravel!!!!yeeeeehaaaaa

BotB so sorry you cant come but you are definitely making the right choice (no-brainer really) Allteh best for a speedy recovery.
Re ride to Brass by those who don't have knobby tyres, is this the thread to sort out meeting place/time or should it it be on the Brass Monkey thread? As no-one takes any notice of me anyway, how does an 11 am start, via Palmy, Ranfurly/Naseby for break to arrive at site around 2 ish?

Yeah I'm still bikeless.. but about 3 days away from something new... Watch this space

Wont be able to take to brass yet though. Will be taking cage. Let me know if you need anything added to the bundle.

Taking the ZXR250 to MCR and SPV tomorrow morning to see what they will offer me for it in as is condition...

Home via SH8 or back the same way? - or decide on the morning
As it happens my tyres aren't particularly knobbie either but they should be fine for this route, if it gets wet and sticky I can cut out the farm track sections and stick to the gravel.

Allan, The Otago M/c club have a truck going with your gear, collecting in Clarke street on Friday night from 5pm -6pm. And will bring gear back also for collection on Monday and Tuesday evening.
I'm going with the BSA Club @ 10.30am Saturday Morning (Now that I am Club Captain, privileges you know!!) Look out for the Orange "Tart". hehe

i will give you a shiney new hundie for it
