Yeah I reckon thats a real advantage. I have not been down the southern scenic route on the bike yet but have been around there in a cage, are you meaning down through Brighton? I went for a drive down the catlins another weekend to go for a dive... the roads down there look like a bit of fun!

The southern senic route starts in Dunedin out through Brighton, over to waihola, and to balclutha and the onto the catlins... We are sort of planning a southern senic route run some time in the new year... maybe sort kinda

yeah I was quite enjoying it......... its nice to be able to actually thrash a bike and not be breaking too many laws! was very light and flickable.... almost made me want to go and buy a RGV250 for the shed. Light and nimble but also with the power. Think I will have to buy one one day.

If you are out for a Sunday ride tomorrow (11th Nov) stop by Silverstream Kart track between Mosgiel and 3mile hill. The Otago Motorcycle Club is having some events and its free to watch. Maybe you will get intereted in competing yourself.

he he You go and hoon around Big Stone Road/ Taieri Mouth Waihola gravel roads, I just need to stay close to town, on asphalt I'm thinking I should carry on staining the windowsills and go out about 6.pm as the weather looks like its going to improve and the sunday drivers will be off the roads!
