Well to be honest Jim all I have had at this one is a couple of excellent coffee's, haven't tried the food but given my G Free needs they mightn't have had much anyway.
The place I mean is on the left as you come into Rox. from Alex, there are two cafe's beside each other on the first slight right bend as you enter the business part of the main street. The one I mean is on the corner and if you cross that side street there is a new art gallery there. The cafe' has a big deck area out the back with tables and sun umbrellas, as well as inside seating.

    Finlayson Road official opening

Might yet start a separate thread for this (unless the mods move it first?)

I have just had word that there will be some sort of official opening on the newly sealed Finlayson road (from Waihola to Taieri Mouth) on Sat 1st March. I understand theres some sort of event being planned over at the Mouth with the Ford club doing something, and they are talking about a vintage car club doing a run through on the day.
It would be good to have a contingent of motorcyclists break the ribbon as well - I realise that this is the same weekend as the March Hare though so is anyone going to be around?????

Cool David, welcome! What are you studying? You should start a thread in the New Members section titled "New Dunedin rider says Hi"
Best place to park at uni is under the INformation Services Building, that's were most riders do. It's under cover (that's the building that is built OVER the stream)
    Are you a first-year?
I just bought a bike off a physics PhD guy. And there's a dude GazBur in Computer Science who is here on KB all the time.
