    Wanted: ZZR250 owner's manual (EX250/GPZ250R)

Hi, I am after the actual manual for my zzr
I've got the supplementary but need the manual that goes with it. I will post the part no when i can remember it but it's the same manual as for the gpz250r....

If anyone in the auckland region would let me borrow theirs for a night and copy it I'll happily supply ya a box of beers / tank of gas / nailpolish to match your bike (for the ladies) (or gentlemen who also wish to be colour coordinated)...

'tis just driving me nuts not having one! (and no, there are none on the net, only supplementaries)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Re: Manual

    Gidday,
Base manual is 99924-1066-01 (EX 250)

    Supplement is 99924-1129-52 (EX 250 H1~5)

Order them through any Kawasaki dealer - they'll be "Ex Japan" & will take around 3 weeks to supply...

    Cheers

i think i've got the manual you're after. it's a pdf of a photocopy. i'll check when i get home tonight but i wouldn't mind borrowing your supplementary one as my nephew has a zzr as well and it would come in handy. its about 20 odd megs so maybe i should burn it on to a cd.

Thanks dickytoo, that would be great
The supplementary is on my partner's computer so I am not sure of the size, but I think it might be e-mail-able (it is in sections)
I will check that tonight also, and get back to you!

I have a pdf of the GPX250. Can email - is about 21mb
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Yea Drum, they do. EX/EL/GPX/GPZ/ZZR are all essentially the same mechanically

Just checking, is this the base manual that the supplementary keeps referring me back to, or it the supplementary itself?
    Cheers!

Says it's the Motorcycle Workshop Manual Supplement from Kawasaki for the Ninja 250R and the GPX250R. But it seems more like a complete manual to me. It's about 260 pages of detailed descriptions for carrying out work, along with photos and exploded drawings etc. Has all the specs/tolerances/torque settings etc. You could rebuild a bike from this pdf.
    Does that help?

What parts do you need? I could always scan the appropriate page of the manual and post it here...

Smile kawasaky ZZR250 service and supplement manual

I have just bought a 2002 ZZR250 and I haven't got any manual or user guide. I read you have a service and supplement manual in pdf
format. I read you managed to find them. Could you help me to download them or If it is not possible, could you e-mail me them. It would be so nice on you
    Thank you in advance.
