Can someone just give Murphy a wack in the head?

Two weeks (2 weeks before payday) ago I decide I was going to buy I nice new drill press. Went to Mitre10 and was going for $85... Last week I went again to make sure it will be up to spec... Freaking hell the price went up to $95!!!

Today it's payday and you won't believe it,the same freaking drill is now $109...

(Please give Mr Murphy a wack for the drill...)

Then if I think about it,last week Wednesday Murphy must have been on strike.

I was just pulling out of Pack&Save's parking lot, Was thinking AH!!! What about opening the bike a bit!!! Don't know what happent but my watch destracted me so I did not pull off... Just as I past the coppers!!!

They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

I know the feeling... It you need it, you need it!!!

Bad part, it's not your fault or the clients fault... But you are the one that pay for it in the end!!!

Yeah, but you miss that they claim to already have the cheapest prices.

[Not that it's always true. I did once get them to beat a placemakers price on something (less another 10%). And placemakers were actually out of stock so I had to get it from Bunnings anyway.]

Yea don't 10 Mega discount things by 15% now so if bunnings advetises something you could just go and get it cheaper from Mega and viceversa

No. Both companies policies quite clearly state that they will not match the price of a product that is at a sale price at the competitors store.

Jeez, you gullible guys make it so easy for us advertisers to lie.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

You know you don't have to pay ticket price. Talk nicely to someone who looks half intelligent and ask for a discount.

Yes and some more advice. Don't live beyond your means. Sell your ZX-10, buy a GN250 and you'll be able to ditch your Murphy friend.
