It can give you a bit of a headache speaking a foreign language all the time (I know - I'm Scottish and lived in Italy for a while).
You'll be surprised how affordable bikes can be over here - the initial price is a bit higher but insurance, tax and fuel are way cheaper than in Europe.

you have to be joking... there's like... a lot of us in auckland... and we don't even need excuses to go for a ride...Just want to find some tips to maybe buy one later or someone to ride with around Auckland time to time
grab a pillion seat or motorbike, and I reckon it will be the best way to see the countryside... provided it isn't too blurred
