WTF was that driver thinking, you don't cross a drag strip because the speeds at which they travel are too difficult to judge. WHere was this vid by the way...country wise?

I was in New York in 06 and I noticed no one wore and protective gear, I only saw one guy with a helmet and a leather jacket.
What is worse is the cyclists, theyre suicidal. You can watch with alarming regularity the number of cyclists that ride into oncoming traffic. Thankfully I did not see any of them get wiped out
