Actually both of those Countries have very good Rugby Teams (I think it's only a coupla years since Canada beat Wales). Rugby is very popular on the East Coast (particularly at University level).

And it's got nothing to do with National Games other than to back up my point that Softball is an insignificant sport by any standard.

Not the last time I played over there I toured with an under twenty ones side and can definitely prove that statement wrong!!! Fucken bunch of pansies!!
AFL thats a different story but even those guys could'nt get over the hits we were putting in without armour and helmets on!!!

Only insignificant by those who don't follow it!

I was at the last world series along with at least fifteen other people and was extremely proud of the boys when they cleaned up and they had a punch up with the Kanucks almost as good as rugby!!!

Only if you're after a big head high tackle count ( Island styles )!!!!
When was the last time any of those teams really made an impact on the world rugby scene apart from Samoa in the sevens but that's a different kettle of fish cos most of them are Kiwis!!!!
Can you name me the last time scotland won any large tournament or tour!!
