    Wanted RGV250 Peg Bracket

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Hit a nasty pothole that was filled in, but the fill has sunken in and took gave
my bike one hell of a jolt shearing part of my left footpeg bracket as you can see.

I'm not sure where to post this request. But does by any chance anyone have any spare Rgv parts? or know of a wrecker who might have one?
(worth a try asking on here) My bike is a 1988 model.

I'm going to get some quotes from wreckers tomorrow and i'm hoping this won't cost much too buy..? Welding it back together is the last option, as replacing it would be better.

    Thanks

if you get desperate & weld it to keep you mobile accept it won't be pretty & attach a filler piece of metal on top brace the join. Suzi & most jap castings don't weld well. Local wrecker here just sold off all RGV bits, Auss may be a hunting area. Making one from plate is pretty easy & infinitely stronger.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
