    Yup, I'd be keen as to do that, but riding it without the clutch would be a no-go. If I do decide to go with one I'd just do what I've done in the past, buy it, modify it, then ride it.

    Mate....I've seen you ride (in the clip you shared with us re your 'bin')....you don't need a clutch! I'll push start you down the road so you don't have to worry about engaging 1st from a standstill...!
    Years ago whilst working for Brisbane Yamaha, I took an FJ1200 for a shop ride....half way into it, I lost all the clutch fluid and had no clutch at all.
    I didn't stop for most of the traffic lights....but the ones I had to must've looked pretty funny. I paddled like Fred Flintstone on crack when they went green then just slammed it into 1st and that was that... Until the next set!

    Well it looks like a trip to wellington is on the cards. Needed an excuse to head north.

    Mmmmmmmm... I've ordered a carbon TRC for my 750 Should be here for the end of the week... can't fit it until my birthday in March though
