Saw you on ya bike today in town.
Any paint 'n panel place will do it for you.
If I was you I'd just give a few a call and get some quotes. If being super cheap is important maybe get some quotes for how much it'd be if you removed the panels and tank and prep'd them yourself (sanding etc).
