If you transplant a new engine into your bike do you need to (by law) change the engine number in the rego details? This is assuming you are putting an engine of the same specs back in (same model etc).

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
Fair weather rider
My engine is different to my frame which itself is different to what's on my rego card. My mate's bike is even worse, it's blatently a GPX but rego'd as a ZZR.
