House, 2 storey, brick or plaster and weatherboards: $1,775 to 2,050 per sq. m.
House, large (200 to 600 sq.m.) $3,100 to 3,400 per sq. m.
All these plus GST and assume an easy level site for building........
Most of my design work is renovations in the order of $200,000 to 400,000 and I am working off $2,000 to $2,500 per sq. m. That seems reasonably accurate.
Rawlinsons, Perth
House 150 - 350m2 med std, full brick, $1130-1215 per m2
House,150 - 350m2 prestige,full aircon, full brick, $2170 - $2335 per m2
