This way you will get away from either blurry pics or pics with no bikes in them

That's kinda what I do, I set the exposure manually and then lock the focus to something that's at about the right distance (I hope) and then wait for the bikes to come around the corner.

I think my problem is the shutter speed, and probably how I'm tracking the bikes.

    Still, it's a fun challenge

Good to hear and see you getting around the track faster today MR. Great to see Loosebruce & Hoon on the track too.

I enjoyed watching you guys and taking some pics at Castrol corner with Mr Quasi & son, and friend of Loosebruces (sorry forgot your name?)

Will have to get out there again with you guys soon now that I have had my bike dynojetted & k&n filtered...need that new front tyre first though :sly:

Btw, I didn't see Darryboy or Wonko make their track debut today??

    Pics uploaded in the gallery.

NIce pics erik & zed the video footage i got wasn't to shit hot, newbie on the camera it was a good day all n all, MR was pretty some most impressive lap times, good shit bro and holding off a rather fast lad on a track dedacated 04 R1, as me, well i got bored in the second session as my rear trye wasn't playing the way i'd like it to, so i took to mud wrestling with my TL by castrol, we both came out rather messy but no damage to either which was a surprise, only to find a nice little stone jammed in my brake lever, locking the front wheel on.
But would you believe it, no RAIN for once .
And cheers to F/F for the weather update in the morning, cheers mate.

k14: Drifters are as cunty as ever but now days they let them go 1st, then cars, then us, so its not that bad. We still had to adjust our line through the esses by going a bit wider to avoid the crap and Castrol was full of dust later on so we couldn't put the power on too early but it was a pretty sweet day all up!

Far out! Cheers for the pics erik and Zed!!

Looks like they beat you to it Quasie. Are you still in bed with all the pretty birds that you picked up from last night? Maybe you should be Austin powers insted of Dr Evil. Yeah baby! LOL :spudbooge

    P.S. Nice wheelie Bruce!

You will probably have to upload the movie file/s to another website (have you got webspace of your own through your ISP?) and put a link to it in a KB post.

Looking forward to seeing them if you can nut it out...mini-me might be able to work it out for you?

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,

Cheers mate! Your investment has made a big difference. The tire warmers are so cool man! On an actual race, it's going to be awesome to be able to wind it up all the way as soon as the flag goes down.

Hope you had some great rides in the weekend, I know I did!

You'll get that time and beat it no probs. I estimated your time as 1.09 last time round... Next time if we are on the track together, you can follow me if you like and I can follow you as well to see and then comment on what you are doing.
