Hiall just thought I would say WASSUP im in Kuwait arrived a few hours ago what a huge city really spread out it seems, we flew up at night so could see the oil rigs all lit up which was cool I had a arab dude telling me all about things on the plane so it made it interesting, just had three days in Muscat at a resort we had business on wednesday but stayed for the weekend there ,weekend is thurs frid i the mid east weiird huh! I got a bit burnt today by the pool ya jealous HeHeHe 37 deg nice huh. Muscat is very nice well layed out and modern but boring as hell they play soccer thats about it.
Guess what about Kuwait ,NO BOOZE AT ALL ANYWHERE for FUCKS sake.
interestingly I arrived to the Hotel ,the sheraton,to find it surrounded by us army dudes and hummvees with fucken big machine guns mounted on them freaky as hell I can look outside my window right now and see about 5 us soldiers and a humvee dunno why they thought they needed to protect me I always thought I could look after myself!!!! so My wife can be asssured Im being looked after at least. Actually I saw a couple of envoys turn up at this hotel so they might be for them.
Oh and saw a gixxer 750 srad at the airport but thats abut it sofar. Fly to Quatar tommorrow pm so hopefully ca have a beer with rossi he want s to get the info pack of me for the WWaikato rally cheeky prick hasnt even paid !!!

Sounds like you're having a relatively good time so far. Just watch out for any suspicious characters, there's alot of nonsense going on in that part of the world!

Well noone can possibly say you are having a boring life, just the same, I think we will all heave a sigh of relief when you get back to good old NZ, it can't be exactly claming having the us military about with the degree of unrest being reported here on the news in those parts. I bet you'll be glad to get to some place that at least has beer on the menu.
