Frame degreasing/dippin

anyone know any good (read; cheap) places to get a frame degreased? I'd attached it myself, but it'd go thru a dozen cans and just make a good ol' mess, and without chicks in bikini's, it's just not as fun. So I'm thinking there must be somewhere i can take it to get dipped..
any ideas?

I took my frame to a powdercoater whom dipped it (degreased only) but I did get a good percentage off first with the spay and hose off stuff form supercheap.

I thought it was the bike that needs degreasing?

Buggie ring Dippa Strippa or someone like that - tell 'em your needs. If they can't help they'll know someone that can. (I assume the frame is ready to go - i.e. the rest of the bike had been removed from it?)

Get some kero, some brushes, and an icecream container. Cheap and effective.

wouldnt a water blaster be just as good?

i used to work for auckland electroplaters we used to degrease metal before plating it, you could ring them they are in glen eden down hepburn rd

You can always soda blast it. That'll also take off the paint because I've got the feeling you might be wanting to repaint it.

Advantage of soda blasting is that it doesn't put heat into the frame and doesn't remove a thin layer of metal too.
