After wearying of the service of my local dealer I've recently sourced several parts from Hamilton Motorcycle Centre via phone and had them ship the parts down.
First part I ordered was a Hagon shock, unsure of the model number I ring up at 4:30pm saying I think it is the same as what fits on another model, but aren't 100% sure. HMC put me on hold for 5 minutes then come back, Yes you're right it is the same fitment, we don't have one in stock but can get one for you. Price is quoted and what I expected so I tell them I'll take one.
When I arrive at work the next morning at ~8:45am it's waiting from me at my desk, couriered from the supplier in New Plymouth direct to me overnight.
The 2nd part was an in tank fuel filter, again I don't have part numbers or anything but after a few minutes on hold they confirm they have one in stock. It also arrives early the next morning.
So any specific models parts I think I will be sourcing from them in the future, generic stuff like chain and sprockets I will probably continue to source locally. The last lot came from TSS and I they sorted me out no problems.
