They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
we will remember them
If you lot are all fat, does that also make you Islanders?
How many of you are overstayers????
Come on......the truth please!![]()

You don't get to be an old dog without learning a few tricks.
Shorai Powersports batteries are very trick!
Hehehe, I'm doing my bit to keep us down the list -- 17.8, medically underweight
Wait, that's not a good thing, is it? Better eat more pies
Many of my fellow uni students will probably be in the same boat as me -- hours of study, a couple of part-time jobs at odd hours, lectures and the occasional overindulgence at a bar means there's not always the time or inclination to eat regularly.
A friend of mine who was an international student from Sichuan told me there's a slang term in Mandarin for an overseas student -- it kind of means `instant noodle'. The students go overseas to UK, US, NZ etc and it's the first time they've lived away from home and don't know how to cook, so they stock their apartments with instant noodles from floor to ceiling and live off them. She said that her older friend who came back actually feels sick at the sight of instant noodles now. In a similar fashion, the Kiwis who head down south to go to the cow colleges in Dunners (
) probably don't get much nutritional benefit from a diet of Watties baked beans and spaghetti -- although a significant beer ration probably boosts the fat intake somewhat ^_^
