It's all that Povi Masima, Fa'alifu, Palusami, Green Bananas and taro! Don't forget the staple "Kentucky Duck" (KFC) as well. (I was raised by Samoans)

Body builders with virtually no fat on their bodies have high BMI because it's based on weight not fat.

It is therefore bullshit - when I use electrical conductivity cross referenced to mass I get a low fat %age but I have a high BMI.

Certainly seems to be a crap method of measurement. Mine comes out at 24.5. That is nearly "overweight" and I am built like a toothpick.

    Nice work, hurricane_r.

He's right, you know, in most cases. I used to be the fattest little kid... now years of playing football (until kneecap went like a Honda cylinder head and broke) and running for the bus (until I got a bike ), and most of all, not eating pies and fish & chips (unless it's from Kaiaua ) every day meant I'm now at a much healthier weight. But the aforementioned other pressures of everyday life mean now I'm a bit under where I should be, but still probably better than where I was.
