    Question Wildhogs movie night/ride? ideas?

Hiya guys, as some of you know there's a new biker movie comming out called "wild hogs" , Tim Allen, John Travolta, Martin Lawrence and William H. Macy.

I'm gonna try and get something organized (depending on the numbers etc) as a group screening for sometime in March (movie comes out on the 8th of March I believe). It has been suggested to me that we goto the Queen street skycity cinema, which I have rung up, we can get a group price of $11.50 each, if there's over ten of us. As for payment, that will have to be done in one transaction (i.e. you all bring cash and we pay one bill).

So I'm just wondering who would be keen to do it or what not?

i'd be keen for a little bit of a cruise. Get your old man to go to!
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

Come on people, need more people to attend if we're gonna get it off the ground

Are there any recommended parking facilities in the area?

I think the civic carpark (down stairs) is free for bikes.

yeah civic is free for bikes - just make sure you go through the 'middle' lane barrier as it's shorter so bikes can get around it.

(made that mistake once, had about 15 cars behind me all the up to the street level... im pressing the button and nothing was happening... bike not heavy enough to trip the sensor for the machine...)

So whens this on for indy? 8th March?

Groupd bookings? pay in advance? or just turn up and hope type arrangement?

I don't think it is going to work. Never did in the past. Someone (i.e. Indy) needs to create an event enrollment page, collect the money and order tickets in advance. Otherwise, attendance will suck.

One question: how flexible are we regarding the date?
I mean 8th of March is a girlie day and my missus will be understandably upset over abandoning her for the sake of the ride/movie.

well we've no date penciled in yet, I'm guessing sometime in March, maybe late March.

As for prices, it's $11.50 each if we get over 10 people.
