I'll have a talk with Verne - he pulled the motor out of the frame. We'll see if he can come and give us a hand to put the motor in.

That is, of course, if Siobhan will let him .....
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

uM GUYS - I haven't even asked you guys--I mean Im like pretty embarressed really
So Um er guys could you guys fit the motor for me? :love2:
My thinking is to ship the motor down this week to welly
Where -still to be decided --I mean welly is a small town isnt it??
Then fly down there on a saturday night -(If ya don't have an airport I could parachute in) and ride up on the sunday.
That should give me a full day to get back up to dorkland. -half a day to get to the bombays the other half to get through the traffic to home

I'll gladly help but I see danger here...

It's not fitting the motor that will take the time, it's finding all the right bolts and shit from the pile of munt left over. Unless you took the motor out it's pure guess work what goes where.

There is bound to be a problem with the throttle cable or some shit like that.

I don't even want to guess about a service so it's rideable....

I'm an OHV guy. DOHC scares me shitless and as for 4 carbs... fark!

Anyone else want to put there hands up! (no, not there)

Ummm, I'd want the motor for a week before you turn up.

Send it to my place of work and I'll get it sorted.

Just ring a freight company, such as Mainfreight or whatever. They may ask you to del the motor to them and strap it on a pallet.

Just sort the fucken thing so I can have a ride

    Well fuck my brown goat!

Guess what turned up today? On me doorstep addressed "White Trash @ Bike shop, Welling-town"

It's here. Now I better head up to Upper Hutt and grab the main bit off Vern.

    The project is underway! Wahoo.

Just so ya know, Frosty, I'm using this as a training mission to teach the wife how to chuck a bike together badly.

Make sure that she does most of the important work on it!

P.S. Why not let the kids help out too, I am sure that it'll be a great family fun project!

    Ahh the kids.

They've already been a great help by dropping their marbles into the very open and exposed inlet manifolds.

Who the fuck taught you to transport a motor, Frost?

Well actually. I reckon *you've* been had 'cause that motor looks too small for a 7 fiddy to me. I rekon they've done a 400 transplant when you weren't looking.

Fuck yeah, you're gonna cut some quick lap times on a 400 motovated 750 chasis
