Right, here's the go for Saturday: I intend leaving Chez Scumdog @ 11am and head via SH1 to Allanton the down to Outram to meet up with whoever turns up there.

Then off at midday or so (or later if the ladies take longer to powder the noses or whatever they do). and head to Clarkes Junction for a breather, drink/eat and regroup.

Then head off to Middlemarch and again regroup at the pub AFTER refueling to save the rush on Sunday (for those staying the night).

Last stop the site.

OK. I'll be staying at East Taieri on friday night, then meeting at outram pub at midday. From there I'll ride to Clarks Junction via the George King Memorial drive. (If you've never riden this road it is listed in the New Zealand Motorcycle Atlas as one of the top rides in the country.) Meet up with those who prefer direct routes at Clarks pub, then onto Middlemarch.

Meeting up at Outram at Midday sounds like a good idea then we can regroup at Clarkes if others want to go their own way. If weathers not too attrocious Id be keen to take the scenic route with you Jantar tis a nice ride round that way.
