Well I guess it's time for one Suzuki owner to come clean then............
After selling the K6 Gixxer and having ridden the Aprilia. I will admit that I'm having farken heaps of thoughts about trying the K7 Gixxer and going out to buy one. Problem is I love my SV too much so must pay it off first.
Then buy a K8 Gixxer.
Maybe then I'll buy a magazine with a picture of a RSVR. So I can put it underneath all my magazines with Gixxer reviews, The RSVR mag will make a good magazine pile mat!
end of the day, twins are only good for one thing.
threesomes.
My next bikes gonna be an RSVR but i own a honduh so i think i've just added fuel to the bombfire![]()
:slap:
Well, the triple switch Gixxer will be out shortly but isn't that just a gimmick? If ya can't ride the fucken thing why get it? Where BD when you need a bike to bike comparison?

I bought my Ape because it was in my price range thanks to the wonders of Japanese imports. Seems like this has been a factor in bringing the prices down in general and more people being able to afford them. The motorcross bars on mine help to get round the comfort issues. If we're talking bang for buck tho, it has to be the Gixxers. I've only ridden one back in the day(thanks WT) and it blew me away how user friendly and potent it was. I wonder if Andrew Stroud would be able to compete as well on an RSVR, even if it had more development for racing?
I dont think it comes down to performance much, more what someone wants to see themselves on. Gixxers are tastey, but one of the most common bikes on the road over many years...Cola, I reckon its a valid observation mate, there's definately a euro invasion going on.
Keeps it all interesting though, speshly watching the gixxer girls get their knickers in a twist being told they might be outdone in the commoner stakes

Are you it's not just feelings of inadequacy Dovey...? There are quite a few if you add them up...
