I'm not so sure you desperately need professional help with your suspension settings. At least, not until you've exhaust playing about with them yourself... you can't break it, so long as you note your starting points, you can always go back.
If even a nana like me can feel the difference in half a turn on the rebound adjusters, anyone can!
Once you've got it where you want it, sweet! If you can't get it where you want it, at least you'll be able to give the pro a bit more experienced feedback, hopefully resulting in a better result all round
But yeah, fully agree on the tyres... if they're not properly inflated, you're wasting your time
