    missed the point dave?

no single anthem or song 'represents NZ' and it's hugely disparate population.

whatever you choose will piss of some or make others laugh.

although "Welcome Home" coupled with the video is at least inclusive instead of exclusive...............

The thing is though, Dave Dobbyn is seriously religious and all his songs nowdays include religious dogma in some form or another

as a confirmed atheist i reject anything directly or covertly religious

Nah - got it - just having a joke at your left field hexpence.

I've never heard 'welcome home' - just googled the lyrics - that works - I'll lash out the $1.79 and buy it presently.

    Thanks.

you should see the video too, without it you can tend to lose the deeper meaning

mind you, you said a 'corporate presentation' so something superficial should do just finey.................
