I was with IHUG for satellite broadband. It stopped working so I went to dial-up, and sent them regular emails asking for my sat dish to be fixed.
After 6 weeks I gave up and cancelled the direct debit authority they held as I was being charged for broadband I wasn't getting as well as being charged a minute rate for dial up access. Even though I was in credit by 1 month they immediately froze my account, stopped all emails to me etc.
I'd suggest you look elsewhere, in my opinion IHUG are right up there with Telecom.
