Reluctantly, I'm going to have to sell my thumper, a 1994 Yamaha TTR250 Raid.
I've been using it solely for commuting 40kms a day, and it hasn't missed a beat.
It's fitted with an Acerbis DHH rectangular headlight (replacing the big old train headlight), Renthal bars, tasteful black seat cover, and near new Bridgestone BW202 rear tire. Also has the sump guard, heel frame guards, and a Givi rack on which you can mount a top box.
It has done just over 41,000 kms, uses no oil, engine/clutch/brakes seem sound. Plastics have a few scratches from a previous owners adventure riding.
It's a wee cracker of a bike, will be sad to see it go, but I've got to get back into a cage (boo, hiss).
Will be sold rego'd with a fresh warrant. Bike located in South Canterbury, near Timaru.
