WTB: cheap Laptop

Lookign for a cheap laptop for my dyno controller, since the old one is on the way out.
Needs to have a serial port, since USB->serial convertors don't always work well for data aquisition.
Needs to have a USB port or 2 as well.
Specs are pretty low: Pentium 300+, 128MB+ RAM (preferably 256), USB, Serial, CD drive. CD writer nice but not required, ditto floppy drive. Windows 98+
..and must be cheap....
