Yeah, all good! Dan was a little under the weather...lack of hydration after the Auck cheesecutter ride, but he flicked the keys to Zac for a squirt.

Mmm, yes, I did like the grin on his face when he got back. And, yes, must remember to hydrate. Head gets very sore!

I sent a text message when I left the Auckland Domain and then checked my watch when I pulled into your driveway; four hours and twenty five minutes had passed. Then I realised that stopping for a drink in Taupo would have been wise.

Oh well.

450km from Auckland to Napier, four hours and twenty five minutes, I averaged... about 102kph.

Ruby got her WOF today, so we are all set. I'm too much of abig girls blouse to rdie there and back in a day, so we are heading off Saturday.
Hopefully we meet up there so we can ride home together...if you can stand the pace I set....
