Yeah, thanks Tony.......how's it going out there???? will let you 2 know about Xmas BBQ when we've finalized plans...was going to have it after our ride to Taupo on the 4th..but at this stage it looks like it will be a bit much after doing all we plan to on that day...cheers W

Hey mate, all's good, too busy at work at the moment, but only 4 weeks to the hols, but the weather's looking great this weekend, feel like a decent ride this Saturday.

Me too...seems all our rides lately and in the near future are going to be biggies...not sure yet but might tootle up to Taupo on Sunday...just got to check with the others ...and the Duchess ....of course. Unfortunately have got the day planned on Saturday with helping my son Troy....what you planning on doing????? cheers W P.S...Do you know that we are having a Farewell dinner for Sticky at the BrewShack on this Saturday Night...You and Tina are more than welcome to come along..

Have'nt any plans for Saturday but are free from about 11-4. Want to go for a ride somewhere.
Yep, know about Sticky etc, but I mentioned earlier we are hosting a BBQ for our new neighbours which the missus had organised some weeks ago, so I'm stuck!.

More shingle and loose chip spread all the way from the monument at Maraekakaho to past the Chook & Filly, right thru the decent short twisties where its good for a blast.
Can't understand why the cunts would do it, no digging or anything, just a shingle spread.

Saw in last nights paper, they said there was going to be 50 buses on the Taupo rd tommorrow during the day transferring lycra fags to an event and the cops will be out in force making sure everyone was behaving..........so that road does'nt look good for a blast, and with HW50 being shingle bound etc........

There are road works everywhere at this time of the year
I was up there on Monday, and at a guess with this hot weather since then, there will be repairs to fix melting tar everywhere

There was a big section of gravel about 5 kms South of Wairoa (realigning a bend in the road), it maybe sealed now though.

Okay what is happening on sunday? any longish rides planned? will be keen as if there is! Can't make the "brewshack" have a pior at "speights ale house" for a 50th at 6:30, all the best "sticky" but Jaffa Land? WTF! Must have been a really "big thing" to get you to leave the mighty Hawkes Bay!

Hi Al. So nice to see you posting. Yep W and I, maybe Zukin are going to Taupo at 6 am to check out the route for the protest ride and have a B&E sammy at the lake edge. Take our own and a thermos. Come along............ Bay View BP at 6. I have not seen you since the big ride.

I had relented and decided to let Mstrs go along, but I'm not so sure now......I thought you were going to check out the route, didn't realise you guys had turned into bad bikies and had a mass orgy planned!!!
