Whooo Whoooo. What a great day it was in Wanganui. We had a great trip. Good company. We left with 6 bikes from the Mobil. Wasp27, Morepower and I joined 3 others and headed to Wanganui with expectations of rain. We got 1 minutes rain after Dannevirke. Other than that it was dry and clear. Met up with Grumpy in Fielding and continued on via Martin.

The day was dry and warm at the track. The riding was spectacular and we have some great riders here in Kiwi land. Go the K/bers. Met up with Cola and Chicky. She is looking really good and I think Auckland is good for her.... or is it Dan. Great to see you Cola. Somthin about men hugging in public.....

Wasp and I left after the second to last race. Got our bikes out of the secure park and headed for home. Clean dry roads but hundreds of bikes. We elected to go via the main road. Cops for Africa but we got away with out any tax. Watched the weather as we came along to the turn to High way fifty and decided to go the S/H 2 cos it looked dryer. Good choice I would say we got to Napier dry. Wasp was home free but I got caught in the hail and very heavy rain from Bay View to home yuck but what a great day.

Nice to see you at the track Rob and family.

Time for then up to Taupo tomorrow to see Meekey_Mouse and Speights_bud qualify for Friday. Hope the RG goes well. Got Pat and Jass ........

You luffed the hugs! I have to get a T shirt I saw for you! I am making enquiries....

Great day for me too. The wind from Foxton was a bit tricky (both ways) and the rain from Raumati sucked the big banana. Apart from that the racing was spectacular! The thrills spills and more thrills were great. Saw heaps of peeps from all over the country - had them yelling at me from across the track even... wouldn't have been surprised if the announcer paged me! Infamous or famous? Hmm neither methinks - just loud and hugging!

Anyway twas a fantabulous day. Great company all day and Sticky was a fine pillion (delivered home safe and sound)
Cheers all (as I down the first bourbon of the day) Colapop

P.S. Go the _Bud and the _Mouse

What a fantastic day......can't think of a more pleasant way to set fire to 40 odd litres of 91 octane parts wash. The ride down with Dave and his crew was awesome (Sorry cant remember all your names...but thanks for going slow enough that I could keep up) Hope you had as good a ride home as G4E and I had... Grumpy. Just got to close the garage door when the Rain Squall hit home...timing's everything...eh big guy... thanks for yesterday I was really impressed with the racing...... especially Toby Summers on his YZF Motard and the always impressive Craig Shirriffs....just so smooth and so damn quick. Bet there was a lot pissed off they didn't go cause of the weather forecast. Big ups to the organisers Very well run event. Thanks again everyone....I had a great day..Cheers W

Yep, home in one piece. Had a bit of a job getting my bike out of the secured parking. They have an excellent system going there but they need to rethink how they direct people to park their bikes. Had a good ride home, dry roads all the way. Thanks for the company guys.

Not really....Huey would not have behaved if I had gone
Glad to have been of service, and you all had a great day.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I saw you on the way home, I didn't see anyone else though?
I was about to stop when I saw you parked on the side of the road just north of Dannevirke, but then you were pulling out

That was me that gave you a wave as you passed us
