Ummm Who would like to have a Muffin run next Sunday?
Mary Mooo has it in her diary and was planning on making a few dozen for a group ride. Ride and then back here for a few Muffins. Sunday would be good for us. What you recon?

If it was on Saturday the Loop riders will be there about 1:15 ... but then we're from Welly so we'd prolly not be invited because "we're way too far up ourselves"

    Quite possible.
Might even throw the dragon on the back for a ride too.
Just might be picking the grapes tho, and that will kill the weekend, don't know yet till later in the week.

Hey, did you hear me toot today?

Had a first time experience today.
    Hurled in me freakin helmet!

A few of us went on a blast on our Triumphs, down CHB, Takapau, Wimbledon, and other places I'd never been too, culminating in lunch at the Porangahau pub.
    Awesome ride.
    Nice friendly pub too.
Had a feed of fish, I was the only one with that.
They must of dragged an old seagull off the beach and cooked it up as by the time we saddled up I was feeling crook.
Felt real queasy on the ride to Ypuk, could'nt keep up the pace they were doing as I found myself losing concentration and dry heaving. Was getting a bit disorientated.......then all of a sudden I had to stop real fast.

Almost got the helmet off in time......

Oh well chalk that one up as another first!

Dooly, bet that smells real good!

Complain to the food place. Do you still feel sick, or was it just not a nice meal? It could be food poisoning, and in that case, you are entitled to complain to them. I would.

Felt fine 10 seconds after it hit the deck.
Must remember, no fish next time!

Strange...Fish can be a fairly dangerous food to work with.
But not always. Shellfish is extremely dangerous.
Most fish you can eat raw, completely raw, but half cooked will make you ill.

Glad I don't eat the shit. I just gotta make sure the people that do don't end up sick.

hXc is right Dooly. You must complain...we expect food places to serve food that is fit for consumption. Could be any number of things wrong that caused it, and they can't fix it if they don't know about it.
    Have you been sick since?

No been fine since, straight after I dumped it.
Could also be the fat as it was quite greasy, and I can't tolerate real greasy stuff nowdays.
I eat a lot of fish and it did'nt smell funny or off, so just one of those things.
The pub looked clean and the dining area was professional and tidy.
    I'd go back again.

The good thing was that I told the guys as we left that I felt crook and if I stopped, carry on as I'd be hurling, but they waited..........a distance away, I might add.

I hope this was suppose to be full of smiley faces………

If you are in the bay on Sunday you are all welcome. Just give us an idea of numbers so Mary can cook the amount of food required. We are on the Napier Wairoa rd.
I was planning a mystery ride but if we can work in with you then let me know.

Due to our work load and many commitments, including hosting the Hawkes Bay round on the 4x4 National champs on the farm over Easter, we are unable to ride with you on Saturday.
