    You guys rock!

Finally got to the puter to debrief on our weekend ride. Why is it that work always gets in the way of fun?

I just want to express my personal appreciation of you guys all waiting around patiently for us on Saturday. I stuffed up the timing because of fuel stops and we needed extra ones because the Virago only has a 200km range.

We were 45mins late and had no expectation of you being patient enough to hang around for that long. I'm glad you did, lunch and company at the Thirsty Whale was great, especially when Yungatart mentioned a birthday which reminded me it was my sister's and I hadn't rung her

The ride was awesome as always, what a nice playground to have at your back door! I just love that run to Tarawera because it is mostly open and flowing, unlike the Takas. Meeting you guys was a highlight of the day and vindicates our decision to go to Taupo via the Bay. We are definatley going to do that again! (on time of course)

Good to hear Pat, if not slightly scary.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Is there an Easter egg hunt in the Bay this weekend?
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

If I remember right they are hard to get on. A squirt of CRC or something will help. Looking forward to hearing it come in to the valley. Well done that man.
