Well every body must have a good time at the training day and the night out. Just thought I'd better write something about the ride on Sat, Ye it was good to see people turn up cos the weather was suppose to be wet but had a good quick ride to Patangata via Kahuranaki Road and wow heaps of bikes at the Pub most up from the cold duck, its first time I've seen that place packed out. Good ride back I hope you guys had an awesome night sorry I couldnt make it for dinner, awaiting to hear reports back from the dinner and Sunday's experience.

What this man said about the ride on Saturday. ^^^^^^^^^

Here for my brief report from today
    http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...t=47026&page=5

The dinner was a hit with 20 -22 along for the feed. Bloody good food and top company. Then Wasp27 and our lovely ladies started at 5.30am with a cup of tea. Followed by the breakfast made up of Eggs bacon Hashbrowns sausages waffles cereal toast bla bla bla. Then The stranger and R6 headed off to set up by 8.00am We followed and arrived by 8.30. The day consisted of white board and theory followed by practical training. We ended at 4.ish. I think. The weather was so unbelievably warm. In fact by the time we did the emergency braking I had had enough. it showed in the way I attempted to show the crowd how not to do it. Back To Twin City for a coffee and wind up. Then Steam and I went back to Wasp27 and then home.

Both Wasp27 and I are sick tomorrow and we are going to ride with Steam for a few hours so we can recover for work in the avo.

What a weekend. This is the 4th weekend we have pumped out great ride time. It has been a ball and it is so nice to have covered so may K's with such good company. With this weekend and the ride on ANZAC day coupled with our Saturday rides I would like to congratulate the Hawkes Bay and other southern mates for one of the best months on record.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

We rode with Steam to the end of H/W 50. We were all more condensed water ( maybe ice even ) by the time we got there. It was a tad cold aye Wasp27.
