I was in Palmy today and went through the exhibition and would definately give it a thumbs up. Not very often that you get to see such great old race bikes in one place. There is alot of fantastic racing memories in that exhibition.

Plenty of time to see it. Doesn't finish until May.

What speed did you hit when you did the straight?

I believe there was admirable restaint shown by all, most impressive! think I saw 109-110ish at terminal velocity, great bit of road eh? and really good ride in total, thanks guys!

Yeah think I saw 111 kph but was worried about breaking the law so dropped to 99 to be on the safe side.

Another beaut day.......who's riding?

Thanks Tony,Alvin,Dave and Stormy1 that was a fanastic ride yesterday had all the excitment you need from slippy tar to quiet a quick pace, I had the plesure of a chipmunk come flying past me and disapeering into the distance so I thiught I would have a go at the Duke that didnt last long untill the thunder of V power came flying past. The Susuki sounds nice when in full song and I aint gona say anything else about the Susuki. Good stop at Tonys for a cool drink. That was an awesome ride we should have more of them in a full group eh!

Paddy you would have bin left behind on da scoot.

Yep sure is. Just finished work so W and I are meeting at da Bay View BP at midday and then off to Wiaroa for lunch. Come along.

Da moo is comin is on da back and Donna is riding so bring your Sheelas.

What they said. It was a nice ride. No animals on da road….. Did you notice that? Was really nice up at the river. Could do that more often. I hope to take a day off this week and hit the road early for some fuel burning and tyre running in. And hopefully a heap of time drinking tea telling storey, some true many not. Taupo way I recon. So if you are free on Wednesday or Thursday send a PM or here and lets see what we can do.

Just found out about this site. I would love to join up with some of the rides, I have been riding for four years this time round but havent done many weekend rides, havent been looking in the right places it seems.

Would love to hear from someone with information about your rides.
