Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Yep, been out in my paddocks today feeding hay out to the horses.
The few cows we have have enough to munch, they're still fat.
Looks like I'll get the water truck in next week to fill the tanks up as the bore/aquifer is low now, not pumping enough to compensate for what we are using and the backup rain water tank is low.........funny that, whats rain?

But then again, look how many weekends we've had out riding in a row......double edged sword huh, but thats the way it goes, and I'm not complaining.

I've got a day pass for tomorrow so I'm looking at going for a ride. No idea where at this stage, I tend to make it up as I go but I was looking at making it a bit earlier than the usual weekend time and taking off around 10.30 from the BP on Taradale road. Anyone else keen?

I've bin thinkin big guy, with our earlier start time today, maybe some of our cuzzies from down south might like to join us for lunch. If we get back to Napier by 3pm they could still get home before dark...just a thought...be nice to catch up with them again. Just checked.... the weather looks OK
    Cheers W

What a fantabulous ride today. Wairoa this time. 3 cops on the road today - bit unusual, but cheers to all the cagers that flashed us. No tax today. Interesting with lots of livestock and the leavings of as well (fucking trucks dumping!!) and with the sun so low now a lot of damp areas. Only another month and the sun will start lifting again....doesn't seem possible that it is almost mid-winter. Roll on summer!

Yep, excellent ride. Cheers for the company today guys and gals. Couldn't think of a better way to use my day pass. Sorry I did a runner towards the end there. I was itching to get home to see my little girl.
