Went for blast up to Gisy today via Tinoroto and back main coastal Hwy
Fabulous weather and real neat twisties on the Tinoroto Rd
Bits of unmarked new seal in parts of this rd but not to bad all the same

Not a wiff of hwy patrol to be seen
Few bikers out and about with groups heading down from the East Cape
This is a good run - 488ks for me so you can take 50 off that for city folk
Vehicles were considerate and that includes trucks

Got a music event on in new plymoth same weekend. Last year i drove the highway and this year i am hoping to palm the cello off on sombody and ride it.
