Was a great ride to Cafe 287 today. 5 Bikes but I was the only KB there. Came across some hogs on the way home through the twisty stuff and they didnt want to let us past and took up all the bloody road, didnt even pull across at passing bays. Got past them on the start of the flats to Tongoio. All in all a good ride. Im due for ANOTHER back tyre. Would be under 5000k on this one. I guess two up riding does make a difference. Will try a Michellin Pilot Road 2 this time I think. To date, 2 Diablo Rosso's, 1 Conti Road attak and i havent evenhad the bilke a year!

Yeah those godang compressors would'nt a liked being passed by Jappas eh!!!

That is low ks for the tyre, yeah try a PR2, awesome tyres, got them on my Duc & Speedy. Had 8000 out of the rear on the Speedy and it looks like new.

Go the tractors. Did they have hay on them ?

It is not the fault of the tyres Mr Stormy…… The pilot R2 are good.

You were so close you should have dropped in for the ear piece and a coffee mate.

Buckets were good. A nice track they have out there. Martin is back on track and hopes to have the bucket finished for October the 4th. That should be fun and I can see some nice days in the sun out there.

Nice to see you at the track Alvin. That Gixxer is a show bike now mate. Well done that man

When he first took over the pub, all his prices were sky high, but he realised that if he wanted customers, then he had to come down to reality, and has now put his prices in line with other pubs - still not the cheapest by far, but much better

I hate the SV set-up. Nice for riding two up with the panniers but a bit quicker ride with that set-up is not nice. Will have to soften the rear and firm up the front.
Hope you all got a great ride today.
The ride was a good. Getting to grips with the bike and im hoping it wont be to long before i have that suspension dialed in. Rear tyre aint lasting to well so i better start hunting around for some rubber.

Went out and looked at the motards racing. You were leaving as i arrived. Good yarn with Alvin. His bike is looking good with the trick bits.
Tis a Yamahahahaha G. Just thrash it like you stole it. Gixxer 4 ever
It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever
