Saturday was my first real ride with heated grips - they are excellent. My fingers used to freeze up after riding for a while in the cold - very slow to unwind from throttle to brake. With the grips my fingers are warm and ready for action. Would be one of the lowest cost improvements you can make to a bike.
    Here for the ride.

I have heard (and this maybe folk law) that a feed of fish and chips from there can make you vomit in your helmet....

Well after giving the bike a clean today, it appears that im glad that i had some protection on the radiator. I could nearly of been a pillion on the triumph again.

It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever

New owners at the Porangahau - and the food was absolutely lovely. Nothing to up-chuck over at all.

What they making the rads out these days must be paper thin, I only got a little hole when I came off and demolished me bike front forks went right into the radiator and only got a little tiny hole.

    Auto garage door opener

I've got one of those, don't need the handlebar mounted switch, just a nice loud muffler and a dry clutch. even the neighbours will open the garage door as long as they don't have to listen to it idling in the driveway while I get off to open the door.
