Not an enjoyable day for a ride.
Just spent the last 90min on the side line watching a game of rugby. Its sunny. The wind comes and goes, but the chill factor is certainly there.

Grumpy, you should ride with me more often, no demerits that way! What happened? Those boys in blue are everywhere at the mo.

I'll have to take you up on that. I was heading over to Palmy in the car and got pinged on highway 50. Strange thing was, my radar detector didn't pick up a signal at all. I thought it must have have shit itself until I got a little further down the road and it picked up another cop and a speed camera so definatley works. I checked the reading on his unit and sighted his last tickets that he had written etc.. but didn't see anything suss so I guess it was just one of those times when the detector let me down. First time since I've had it. I can't complain too much though, I was speeding .....

Dooly was telling me that the white van has been parking up down highway 50 lately. He wasnt down there on tuesday but we did manage to find it parked up between Pakipaki and Hastings.

Think I'll pike out today. Ridden 3 days this week which was great, cept for Weds day which was insanely cold, but still was ok tho in a weird way.

Fuckin cold here and showers, and looks like shit coming up from the south.
My mindset is'nt in sync for a ride today, plus the missus's boy is doing some painting inside for me so want to crack the whip on him too.......

    Might go out tommorrow.

    You never know eh......

The missus responds with a whip too.....its that egg cooking thingy.....

As for the ride, dont bother coming south guys, the shit has arrived here, torrential rain, can't see Hastings from our hill now, black all the way south, and looks bad.
But being 30km from Napier hopefully you'll miss it, but its coming in NW.

I wouldn't be riding in this wind anyway..I need to stay home to chase my washing all over Napier!

Well, well, well guys I turned up 3 minuets late and not a sole in sight I missed you's guys. I asked in the garage which way you had gone and they must be dumb in there cos they didnt no if anybody had bin ther. Never mind I thought I shoot up the Taupo Road, Bleeding heck was it windy going along the coast by the airport so decided to turn back. Well the wind was getting worse so had to slow down to 70k not much of a ride but was pretty hairy.
Dont no were you other guys went though.

Sounds like fun, Big G. I'm guessing that nobody went today. We hardly ever get out of there before 1.40...can't see them leaving on time today!

In that case, I am glad I stayed home to chase the washing, even if half of it did end up in the next suburb.
