Throttle off and change down. Little engine like that, you will probably have to brake as well...maybe. Get ready to stop (cover the clutch). If clear, enter the intersection and apply a little throttle. Leave intersection and change up.
No need to slip the clutch. And no need for a big handful of brake or throttle. Gentle. Smooth.

kept it to like 8 k then changed gear that made a big difference. i'm used to slow cars where you have to rev them to go anywhere faster than a snail. the motorbike is like get to the speed limit with no fuss. yesterday i was staying near the power which i didn't have to do cause it rides fine below the power. damn 18k redline.
