Shit id be well keen. How does it go? Go for a ride on a defined route, and then back to the bluewater for drinks and poker after?

We got a poker run on Saterday leaving Ikanui Road in Hastings at 2pm $10 entry gets you a bbq at finish and maybe a bar of choclate its a fun afternoon.

Nah. You ride a pre-arranged route to certain stop points, where you get a card. At the end, back at the Bluewater, you collate the 5 cards you have as your 'poker hand' with everyone else, and the best hand wins $500, next best $250, next best $150. Then you just mingle, have a drink, get a feed and wait for the ticket number draws for a heap of good stuff, including those major prizes.

That sounds like my sorta game. Will have a see if im working or not and I might be in.

Buying a ticket gets you in all the draws except the cash. You don't have to do the ride.
But why wouldn't you?

Hi, your not off track, we use to meet at BP Taradale Road at 1.30pm on a Sat but that seems to have gone by the wayside, nothing more dipressing turning up for a ride and no one does, I will send you a pm later on for your cell phone number and will txt you when we are going for a ride. Or you can turn up at 557 Ikanui Road in Hastings by 2pm and you will get a ride to-day

Twas a good ride today, bit windy bit slipy but had a good feed at the Patangata, the poker runs we do Dale are different some good prizes to. Nice burger when we got back.

There is also a ride from Mobil Taradale Road every Saturday at 1.00pm for the more 'spirited riders'. Never been on a ride from BP Taradale Road, didn't know there was one, and they are only 300 metres apart!!!
But also 1/2 an hour.....
