But, we all know that some soap opera’s and drama’s are classier than others .

That was a nice shiney bracelet you had on yesterday mate.

Oh, and musta thrown those tyres out, could'nt find them anywhere last night.

Nope , Due to the fact that I don’t keep up with the soap’s... I don’t know all the actors characters so I wouldn’t have a clue as to who could be so low as to think that of someone they play with . But, I’m sure someone will remember having seen that episode and update me .

I have to admit that, on face value, I thought it was a very funny show. I actually don't really give a shit about it... spagging about it has benefitted me immensely.... cos now I have 100 posts on KB !!!

Looks like you'll have to buy a new tyre this week then since I could'nt find my old R2s, but if you dont, I may replace my Road2 off the Duc to match the new Power2 on the front, but wont decide till next week.
If I do, you can have it, it's still good.

If you start at 36 and make 42 hot it is too soft cold and will over heat and slide when it is over heated and in extreme cases melt and fall to bits. You see a lot of tyres that the owner is so proud of cos they are such good riders they can melt the rubber. Guess what……. They are running them too soft and anyone can do that to a tyre. Even worse when you have the pressures too high, because the tyre can not heat and it will not grip. Ask Rob. He found this at Taupo on the track. Anyway what ever works for you is good.

If you have watched us at the track we take the tyre pressure every time the bikes goes out and comes in. Have a look at the tyre surface and you can see if it has over heated or not. If it does you will note a second a lap will go on as Gary can not corner as well. If it is to cold ( too much pressure ) Gary will drop up to 2 seconds a lap and risk a bin. You really need to sort the pressure out before you can recommend or bag a tyre type. All tyres work differently. Ie amount of sidewall movement, case construction etc, etc etc relates directly to temperature generated. This could be why you have problems on some day and not others. Ie the temperature of the day and road surface and how hard you push the tyre around etc.

You can limit the uncertainty by starting at optimum and that reduces the extreme at both ends of a road ride.
Good read Steve, and taken onboard.

That's actually funny. As if! I reckon you've been out riding your bike, because your riding has improved ten-fold. Well done

Actually, I spent five weeks thinking about how nice it would be to go riding... so I had some serious catching up to do when I finally could mess with gravity again. Following Todd over loose roads may not be entirely conducive to longevity - but what the f__k... I thoroughly enjoyed the entire ride. (flying rocks and all)
