They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.

    Cheesecutter petition

With the big spread in the Napier Mail this week, the time has come to set up a table in town on Saturday to collect signatures. We need some help with this.
First, a table to use. Like a folding card table or similar. I have some stools.
Second, people to man the table. I suggest two at a time for an hour each, sort of thing.
    Third, the flags.
I will provide the forms and other printed material, pens, etc.
I think that 10am-2pm should do it.
Who is in to help with this??
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I have seen a black with silver sign writing road safety barrier systems ute around town the last few days, once pulling out of Fivestar and once driving in Hastings, anyone know what it's up to?

Nope. Never seen it. Can you go and blow up his muffler, Paddy...you're good at that.
Thanks for the offer of the folding table, Mafoo, but I think it would not be suitable for this purpose. A card table is best, not too big at about 1m on a side, a good height, I think Steve (G4E) has one....?

Just had a thought JB.....present workload prevents me from volunteering any spare time, but how about we generate a bit of local interest while the Table is set up by doing the 'Town & Around' thingy with both Flag Bikes. I could manage to give my lunch breaks....good excuse to stop feeding my face what ya reckon????? Maybe even let the local Radio Stations know what's going on and give us some free plugs Cheers W

Do you seriously expect me to believe that these politicians would implement policy based on nothing more than bullshit......

Hmmmm....I had planned to drape the flags off the sides of the table.
