We're off to Wellington next Friday for the weekend. Staying in a flash suite at the James Cook.
The missus thinks I'm taking her for a romantic/shopping weekend away for her.

She does'nt know that I need some bits to do the major service on the Duc and the agents are in Welly.
Oh, and there will be shopping........Triumph dealer, Duc dealer there, might even take a look in Wellington Motorcycles at the HD dealership.
    Thats my kind of shopping!

Will leave deciding on a ride until nearer 1pm, but forecast is for Really Windy. Plenty to do round home anyway...
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

She's more concerned about buying another nag at the moment, so I'll leave her content in her horsey world.

Great blast today. More of a blast than ride, but a great 'spirited' pace!
Loved it, might go for a ride tommorrow.

    Cheers Warwick & Tim.

Was a blast alright...man, that wind was sumfing else, I think it was strongest on our way back from your place....going past the old Thunder Park site the wind was blowing us across the road. I think the paddocks on the leeward side of H/way 50 will be 50mm higher today than what they were last week Was good to ride with you again Tim...I'm sure you'll like our Wairoa trips even better...once they finish their Road works..that is. Thanks for the cuppa Tina....gotta love your Pad, awesome views sitting up on top of the world like that

But my keys are in my bum bag and that is in town in a car and I don't know where that car is at the moment and the owner of that car does not have a cell phone and no I am not stresses and I don't need to ride cos I am going to watch the Fords kick Arss on TV and ...................

Arrr Robert I thought I herd a squeak from over in the corner. Well actually I did have a peek. It looks good from here. But it is interesting to note the older Gixxers are still out on the road doing it. I am pleased I don't have to replace it every year for fear of it being unreliable. And the knowledge that I don't need too add "go faster bits" makes my life easier.

Yep the Gixxer has still got it.

I have nothin against the R1, it is just that I can't afford to buy one let alone pay all the bills to keep it going........ ....

I think you must have something on your mind as the R1 keeps going unlike the Gixxer that has to get parked inside to be worked on to get it going.
