OK, so I was thinking, in order to try and please everyone, what if we do an Easter Sunday ride and an April 15 ride? As long as we do Easter Sunday as a picnic lunch (BYO) and the 15th can be a pub/café lunch. How does that tickle your collective fancys?

It was my subtle way of saying it. Too subtle I guess.

Top work Mrs KD - 15th suits me best too so now I get to take the bike to Taupo at Easter AND meet some Wellington bikers on the 15th - sweet! And seeing as I make the best sanwiches in the world (well, so I reckon anyway) none of you will be getting sandwich envy on the 8th! Have fun on the 8th, look forward ot seeing y'all on the 15th.

Just a reminder that the first of the newbie rides is this Sunday. Bring your newbie and your sandwich. Don't be shy newer people, this ride is for you, so come along and meet some of the regulars, come for a ride and learn some new skills. Also, all those experienced type people that PMed me, please do come along, we may end up with a ratio of one newbie to 5 helpers, but that's cool, and some of you can always go for your own faster paced ride somewhere and then meet back up a bit later on.

Now all I need to know is, am I supposed to be organising Wasp, ajtubo and mudboy's housewarming party/ride?

Well what time did you want to start the party? I'm sure we'll have all the newbies and their bikes back in Welly by about 4pm, any reason we can't all come around then?
