Would anyone be able to give me a ride? I'll chip in for petrol.
Never let your enemy see your emotions, for it is the one weapon they will value most.
Only just saw this now. Will have to visit the cross some other time.
Respect to the boys.
...
I know you guy's will do them proud![]()
safe riding everyone .. am sure we will stop & pay our respects on the way for our ride morrow![]()
Be thinking of everyone
Have toKarma ... Justice catches up eventually !!

Seriously thought about riding up to this one. Will be thinking about Bruce and Daryl tomorrow. But more so I will be thinking of the familys left without their sons and brothers. And the boy without a father. Ride safely.
mmmmm not sure about all this, is the point to get as many bikers there as possible, is that the point??
Personally my opinion is that I think this is a memorial, if you knew them come along and remember them with the families, if you didnt then I seriously question why you are going ?
Im obviously touchy on this, but with good reason.
I question the motivations to post it on the front page of a public forum, I question the safety of a bunch of bikers on a dangerous bit of road at Easter, and I question the morbid fascination which I am expecting to be displayed tomorrow by those that werent there, didnt know them and are probably more interested in a ride and a free feed.
The next step from this is to sell tickets to the show !!
and before any of you give me shite, I was there, they were both my best mates, and in actual fact I dont want to go, I am only going to support Dale who has asked me to ride her to the site on my bike, if any one has issues with me and this post dont speak to me tomorrow as I wont react nicely.
complete bullshite FFS
Ive run out of fucks to give
Personally I barely new them, sort a face in the crowd, throwaway comments about make of bikes, etc but this is important stuff for the KB'r site. Don't think you would get this sort of "solidarity" in many other internet groups with the same number of user's outside of "Godzone" Funerals rememberances etc are for the Living.
see you all there , since i couldn't make bruces funeral, i need to be there for this, don't have a dig at me later if i cry, cus i probably will.
good morning guys
I am planning to head over for this as well from mt wellington, auckland in the cage.
I am unsure how long the trip will take but am planning on heading there after i put my bike into the shop at 9am.
Anyone who wants a ride text me on 027 318 1311.
I would much prefer picking up people in south/east auckland.
cheers guys
Quote Buddy L:"The bike's like BOOM, the motor's like BOOM!
the exhaust is like....b-BANG!!
the whole bike's like WAAAAEEEEEEHH!!!"

SkidMark

Big ups to all who helped organize it, it was a really lovely and moving day![]()
My heart goes out to Bruce and Daryl's parents and family, I wish you didn't have to go through this, But be consoled that you raised two wonderful young men who were obviously much loved by many
Take care every one,
Jas

Seconded. I met Bruce several times, a few rides, Monday nites at Hells Pizza. Was enough to tell me he was a special guy and I did not go there for the ride and free food (which was not expected). Sorry I didn't know Daryll.
The cross was special and obviously made and put up with a lot of heart and soul.
I understand Quasi's sentiment completely, as I am sure we all do and I am sure all those who were there today wanted to be there.
