How can I give this advice?

Because I am the dumbarse what tried it for you.

Mind you, the wind whistling up the cast while riding blows out all the crap and chips of plaster and is strangely soothing on the itchies
What good advice! But, dont encourage him in the slightest!!! LOL

Indeed I am and indeed he did. I pioneered the system on my first bike post accident, and my second, but imdying did the work on my 750 and 1000. Apparently it`s quite frustrating for a two armed person to watch a one armed guy trying to do it himself. Gave me time to sit back and admire my bike anyway!

Yeah I bet. Very frustrating trying to hold everything together. I've just gotta sort out the indicator switches now. I have a lot of respect you one armed lot!

Believe me, you get over the frustration part yourself when you understand there is no other option.

That's right - you do it this way or you don't do it all. It's not easy for us hard-headed OA'd kids

Talk to ACC about those free taxis. When I broke my leg they just gave me an account number to give the taxi company, and I got a free taxi ride to and from work for 2 months. Didn't need to go anywhere and get vouchers. It was easy as.
