I was amazed at how much one can love a cat. Mine went awol last year and not seen him since. I came across photos the other day of him. Thoughts are with you.

Sorry to hear about that.
So sorry for your lossHe looked absolutely gorgeous ... RIP
" It appears that the website has become alive. This happens to computers and robots sometimes. Am I scared of a stupid computer? Please. The computer should be scared of me."
I'm sorry to hear about that. I totally understand how you feel.
Our beautiful family cat "Alex" died yesterday after my mother accidentally ran him over. He died before they could get him to the vet clinic. He was my 8th birthday present and had just passed his 18th birthday.
I'm going to miss him immensely. He was such a character and loved riding in the car - nothing phased him, not even being sucked with the vacuum cleaner.
Losing them hurts, but it's worth it when you consider how they make you feel while they're alive.
Sorry people but it's that time of the night but. "I love cats they delicious"
That's certainly true, Motogirl.Losing them hurts, but it's worth it when you consider how they make you feel while they're alive.
So sorry to hear about your loss as well. It was a week yesterday for Morpheus and I still can't believe it.
My flatmate gave me a gorgeous photo of him that she had printed up and framed, stared at it a lot last night.
Me and my imaginary friend have been goin' round the bend for some time now....
Your puddy tat looked absolutely beautiful! Alex was also steel grey, but long haired.
On a side note, I was always taught that the best way to grieve is to put your energies into spending time with a new cat. My parents are considering getting a kitten already, but dad wants a puppy to replace the dog we lost in Sept who went to work with him everyday. Knowing my family, they'll get both!
Bugger.. I missed this one at the time..very sorry to hear of the loss of your darling Morpheus a_h.. it is amazing how much space in one's heart a pet can take up!!!
I hope the pain is softening a little now, & that you are remembering the special love your cat had for you too!!
He will always be with you!!
Love & hugs

My thoughts are with you![]()
Hello everyone.
Thanks to you all for your kind wishes. I picked his ashes up last night and brought him home - that was awful, but at least he's back here now.
He was the best cat I ever had and I will always remember him!
Best wishes,
A_H
Me and my imaginary friend have been goin' round the bend for some time now....
motogirls cat look exactly like my morpheus, will hav to find a piccie,
sorry about ur loss A_H
This my neighbor, Nursultan Tuleiakbay. He is pain in my assholes. I get a window from a glass, he must get a window from a glass. I get a step, he must get a step. I get a clock-radio, he cannot afford. Great success!
That's so sad, RIP Morpheus. Looked like a really cool cat too, I feel for you a_h as a cat person myself. Someone earlier mentioned a higher risk in "boy racer" Christchurch. While the boy racer Christchurch part is true, in many instances it's absolutely impossible to prevent running a cat over.
I'm very unhappy to say that I've been driving when a cat charged at my car kamikaze style. I saw it about a tenth of a second before the inevitable. I hit the anchors but it was far too late, there was no chance I could have avoided it and I know that, but the memories from that night haunt me. That time I felt the worst I can remember, I felt sick right through and was in tears several times that night. It was on Yaldhurst Road, too busy for a poor kitty... too late at night to go door knocking... and too many potential houses to check. I still stopped though to pick the poor thing up and place him on the grass verge. Have to stop typing now, can't see properly![]()
