so how does a shite chassis/drive train/brakes designed for <2kw cope with 20kw?
It's a load of bullshit, there's no way you could get that out of a 50cc four stroke.
Hand grenade, anyone?
talk to NSR-Dan if ya want a scoot - he'll sort ya out

Sounds legit to me, but it would not be a long lasting engine that's for sure.
It would take the whole sleu of scooter mods to do this but very possible. A high speed/high ratio pulley would be used to make use of the power over the usual 50km/h gearing.
My 4 stroke 50 is geared up to around 80km with the power cacking out at 73ish on a straight. If i changed my 14T drive for a 15T a tiny squirt of nos would push me up to 100km... I'd be wobbly like fuck though
ps. can i test ride it?![]()
But isnt it shaft drive? how many gears does you chopper have? as this will only have 1.
I can get 60k on the misses scoot. but i cant see the gear box getting either the power down (without slipping) or the speed up (minimum slip)
but im new to this game of crap gearboxs

My chopper has a 4 speed manual clutch transmission, yeah obviously my metal cogs will be alot stronger than an average CVT belt, so a heavy duty kevlar CVT belt would be required to go with the high speed pulley. You'd want a CDI unit with a higher rev limit aswell but definitely not fully removed otherwise nos would pretty much push your engine pass unlimited revs until it explodes. Big large carburettor stock is 15mm get like 26mm or so for breathing, nice big exhaust chamber then look at engine internals going for strongest parts you can find and yeah!
Though one must ask - Is it really worth it???? You spend some 2 grand on a 50cc scooter, hit the nos and blow it up a day later..... Might aswell get a big bike..
